Verification of outputs as performed by Wytze van der Raay (March 14, 2016)

The shells script script/verify-outputs.sh has been run to verify the outputs
produced at the root re-sign process executed on March 12, 2016, and recorded
in the subdir outputs. The verification has been performed against the verified
fingerprints recorded in fingerprints.txt.
