Note from primary DRC-C.4: "For the purpose of this Section C, second-party intermediate certificates of other CAs issued and signed by the CA under review and used to sign subscribers certificates issued by those second-party CAs are treated as subscriber certificates issued by the CA under review." No roots outside the CA have been created, the CA does not do additional third party CAs. Therefore this is a default pass.
