CCA sets the liability limit for Subscribers (all Members). CCA1.1 specifies list of places where agreement is required. New CAP forms include the requirement to agree to CCA. CAP forms are signed by Members, and maintained by Assurers. CCA1.1 places still to be implemented in online system.
