Assurer Training Events have been conducted in some countries: AT, DE, CZ, HU, FR, UK. Other general Assurance events have stressed the new regime: NL, US. Strength of acceptance of dispute resolution is the major test of the spirit behind this criteria. It should be the task of a future audit to check the breadth, depth and consistency of the questions of acceptance of liability & DR.
