This criteria evaluated over Members. On behalf of Members, NRP-DaL disclaims liabilities to NRPs. Liabilities are handled by means of dispute resolution. Dispute Resolution Policy documents the process and rules of Arbitration. Arbitration is agreed to by Members (Subscribers) in CCA3.2 See §A.5.b. Arbitration allocates liability within community, from Member to Member, including to/from CAcert. Total monetary liabilities are limited in CCA2.1-2 to €1000 for each Member. A list of potential remedies (thus liabilities) is available to the Arbitrator, applicable broadly to the parties, DRP 3.6. CPS4.5.2 covers statement of reliance.
