CAcert Official Documents are on the main website policy page. Policy on Policy (PoP) was a serious change to policy procedure, and removed sustantial control from the board and passed it over to a policy group. The Board, the Association and the Policy Group have all separately approved PoP. CCS itself remains work-in-progress.
